About

Hey, I’m Jeremy Copeland and I am a husband, father of three and a pastor to STORYCHURCH in Durham, NC.

I try and write about leadership, spiritual growth, and the ideas that I think are changing the world. I’m sure once in a while something random will pop up as well.

I write about once a week, sometimes more. The best way to stay connected is to¬†subscribe to my email list on the right of the screen or my RSS feed so you don’t miss anything. I used to blog over here, but this is my new home.

If you’d like to get in touch with me, you can best do that through twitter or by leaving a comment here on the blog.

Bio:
I am married to my high school sweetheart and we’ve got three beautiful kids. If I weren’t a pastor I would probably be pursuing a career in baseball somewhere as an announcer, a writer, or a coach (because unfortunately the scouts didn’t come knocking for my 84 mph fastball). I love to read, to work with my hands, and to learn new things.

I grew up in southern CA where I graduated from Biola University with a degree in Biblical Studies. After nearly a decade of youth ministry in CA my family and I set out on an adventure of a lifetime to plant a church in Durham, NC.

Today I serve as the lead and founding pastor of STORYCHURCH in Durham, NC. I also serve as Church Planting Recruiting Coordinator for Converge MidAtlantic (Converge Worldwide) and have a passion to see church planters find a tribe where they belong.
